The Lord Roberts Community centres offers a great dance studio for rent conveniently located in central Winnipeg close to transit options with lots of free parking in the neighbourhood.

The studio is a great rehearsal space for:

Pricing Information

• Rental fee is $30/hr
• Outdoor footwear is not permitted in the room. An additional cleaning fee of $25/hr will added if the floor is left dirty or muddy.
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is required at the time of booking; the balance is due three weeks prior to the event.
• A $100 damage deposit is required the day of the booking.

• Rental fees are for renting this room and accessing washrooms, and do not
  include the use of other rooms at LRCC.
