General Manager Ray Eskritt

Eskritt has worked in the Social Services and non-profit fields for the past 12 years, doing everything from working in a youth crisis shelter, to economic development in Manitoba’s north. She specializes in design and persuasive writing, but loves to take on new challenges.

Eskritt graduated from the University of Winnipeg in 2009 with a degree in Psychology, then again in 2013 with her credentials in Public Relations and Marketing Management.

Eskritt spent three years as Assistant Director at West Broadway Youth Outreach, a non-profit organization that specializes in creating opportunities for children aged 4-12 in Winnipeg’s inner-city. During her time there, she oversaw the day-to-day activities of the centre as well as played a critical role in the creation of a new 5,000 square foot facility to house programs that serve over 500 children annually.

In her free time, Eskritt can be found living it up in the local theatre community. You may have seen her perform at the Winnipeg Fringe or the Park Theatre.  If she isn’t using her satirical humour up on stage, you might find her painting glitter-based portraits of her heroes or perhaps having a lively political debate with her partner Matt.
