Pricing Information

• This room is available for $30/hour
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is required at the time of booking; the balance is due three weeks prior to the event.
• A $100 damage deposit is required the day of the booking.

Renters are responsible for:

• Kitchenette: wiping kitchen and canteen counters when used, washing and returning dishes and other equipment used to the cupboard, cleaning appliances used (e.g. microwave, fridge), and sweeping the floor;
• Common area: cleaning and wiping down surfaces used, returning equipment used to the storage room, and putting away garbage in the bins at the back door, and sweeping the floor.
• An additional cleaning fee of $25/hr will be added if staff are needed to provide any of the above services.

Additional policy items:

• Rental fees are for renting this room and accessing washrooms, and do not include the use of other rooms at LRCC.
