Yoga with Lori
We offer both Yin Yoga and Flow Yoga from our dedicated instructor Lori
Yoga at the Community Centre
Whether you’re looking to decompress after a long week or get your body moving, we have a spot for you. Our next session starts this May. Come join us.
Sunday Evening: Adult Yin Yoga
May 3 – June 28 | 6:00 – 7:00 PM
If your goal is to slow down and stretch out, this is the class for you. Yin is a quieter, floor-based practice where we hold poses for a few minutes at a time. It’s less about working out and more about targeting deep-seated tensions in your joints and connective tissue. It’s a great way to clear your head before the Monday morning rush. Register now
Thursday Evening: Adult Flow Yoga
May 7 – June 25 | 6:00 – 7:00 PM
Get your heart rate up and shake off the workday. In our Flow classes, we link movement with breath, moving through a steady sequence of poses to build strength and balance. You’ll leave feeling a lot lighter and more energized than when you walked in. Register now

The Instructor

Lori is a dedicated yoga practitioner who studied at Source Yoga Studio, registered under Canadian Yoga Alliance. Passionate about mindfulness and holistic wellness, she brings a calm and nurturing energy to her classes.
Her Yin Yoga sessions focus on long-held stretches that target the deeper connective tissues, improving flexibility, joint health, and circulation. By encouraging stillness and mindfulness, her classes cultivate clarity of mind, patience, and a deeper sense of connection with our bodies. She is enthusiastic to offer a restorative space to relax, release tension, and restore inner balance at Lord Roberts Community Center.
