2026 Camp Details

Dates:

July 6th– August 28th, 2026
Max 30 campers per week

Time:

9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Early drop-off starting at 8:00 AM
Late pick-up until 5:00 PM

Cost:

Early Bird Pricing – Before June 10– Spaces Limited
$133 – 5 day week
$105 – 4 day week (Aug 4-7)
Daily Price: $45 per day

After June 10
$155 – 5 day week
$124 – 4 day week (Aug 4-7)
Daily Price: $45 per day

Ages:

6 – 12 years old. Kids must be born in 2020 or earlier.

What to Bring

Part of our camp takes place outside, please ensure your camper is dress/packed appropriately for the day!

Supply List:

  • Bagged Lunch (no heat up, use a thermos please)
  • Extra change of clothes
  • Water Bottle
  • Bathing Suit (please send everyday)
  • Towel
  • Sun Screen
  • Bug Spray (if you wish)
  • Hat

General Outline of Day

(Subject to change)

8-9 am – Early drop off
9-9:30 am – Morning Meeting
9:30-12 pm – Programming and Snack
12-1 pm – Lunch time
1-3:30 pm – Programming and Snack
3:30-4 pm – Clean up and Home Time
4-5 pm – Late pick up

***Each week includes a field trip, an afternoon at pan am pool and a special themed activity***

Late Fees:

$10.00 for every 10 min increment (starting at 5 pm), which will need to be paid the following day before your camper can stay for the day.

Additional Info

If a camper’s actions become unsafe for fellow campers and staff they will be asked to be picked up early. They will be welcome to return the next day. If unsafe actions continue the camper will be withdrawn from camp with no refund.

Subsidy Information

We are happy to offer subsidies for families that need financial assistance. Families can apply for up to 3 weeks of camp per child at no cost. Requests for more than 3 weeks will not be considered or approved. Lord Roberts Community Centre reserves the right to limit subsidies based on geographic area in the event that applications exceed availability. If you are requesting subsidy and also planning on paying for some weeks, please submit two separate registrations.
