What to Expect in Class
Each session begins with a warm-up, followed by demonstrations of specific techniques. Equipment and Attire
For your initial class, bring indoor shoes, an athletic cup, and water. The school provides loaner equipment for beginners, ensuring everyone has access to the necessary gear. As you progress, you’ll be encouraged to acquire personal equipment suited to your preferences.
