The Canford Spongee League Plays at LRCC Saturday and Sunday Mornings.
Saturdays are Co-Ed.
Sunday is Men’s 4s.

“Spongee” is played on foot (not skates) using a regular hockey stick and sponge pucks. It’s a non-contact sport, but helmets are advisable.
