On Friday evenings the gym will be available between classes for those wishing to take both time slots and do some self guided exercises or relaxation between classes.

  • Tuesday Morning 10-11am. 8 Class session starts Jan 14.
  • Friday Evening 6:30-7:30pm. 8 Class session starts Jan 17.
  • Friday Evening 8pm-9pm.  8 Class session starts Jan 17.

The Instructor

Lori is a dedicated yoga practitioner who studied at Source Yoga Studio, registered under Canadian Yoga Alliance. Passionate about mindfulness and holistic wellness, she brings a calm and nurturing energy to her classes. Her Yin Yoga sessions focus on long-held stretches that target the deeper connective tissues, improving flexibility, joint health, and circulation. 
By encouraging stillness and mindfulness, her classes cultivate clarity of mind, patience, and a deeper sense of connection with our bodies. She is enthusiastic to offer a restorative space to relax, release tension, and restore inner balance at Lord Roberts Community Center.
